Hivelocity has some good servers in Japan
I would recommend this one:
We only offer Instant Deploy servers in Tokyo and Hong Kong. You will need to scroll up to the Instant Servers and click on the location filter to see what is available. We have 3 configs available in Hong Kong but our Tokyo servers seem to be sold out currently. We replenish inventory every 2 weeks across our locations so Tokyo should have 3 configs available soon.
South Korea can target both with good latency too
