Does it have to be a BGP session? We can announce your IP space free of charge on our ASN, but don't offer BGP sessions.

that is just the minimum, but not the maximum; and it does not state if this is for a month or a year etc. I know I might sound pedantic, but that matters a lot if you want to get the best offer. The request needs to be as specific as possible to get the best offer.
The SPECs indicated include variables like CPU ("or other") and DDR3 or DDR4 etc.
I have servers with what you have specified except for the CPU which AFAIK is old and I would have to look it up; not going to provide a quote without the necessary details as described.
Also for the better understanding: Is your understanding of 1Gbps UNMETERED that of a flatrate or more like the one described in @Francisco's thread here:

Your post is a little confusing. Are you looking for this server to be within the USA or Canada? Or are you looking for options outside of the USA and Canada?
