Looking for Dedicated Server budget 60-80€

Hi I'm looking to buy a dedicated server have a geo ip firewall

which i can rate limit countries speed or blocking countries for my IPs

DDoS Protection also preferred

if you're provide this option please inform me

I know serverius can do it but they only accept bank transfer

P.S: i tried to do it via Ipset and Iptables but it's not good at all

i need hardware firewall have this option

Location : Europe only

Not out if the box, but you can build one with IP Sets on your server.

i know how to do it via iptables with ipset and i did it already with my current provider but i still receive ddos attacks from blocked countries

also CSF is for web servers and my use case not for web
