4) If it's just some minor issue we forward it to client and allow 24 hours to take action, if any major issue we suspend it and inform client and once client is ready to resolve it we reactivate the account (not whole reseller account just account involved in abuse), just make sure the main domain of reseller account does not have any thing will get complain because if had to suspend it then whole reseller account will be affected, also if you think you will be getting frequent DMCA complains then it won't work with us, but if it's once in a while it's fine, basically if it's just one of your customer who is doing abuse then it won't be a problem, but if you plan to host your own sites that you think will get DMCA complains then we might not be right fit for you. We have lots of users running web hosting business using reseller accounts, as long as you yourself are not involved in abuse and are not intentionally getting such clients it's all good.
