Looking for large SSD VPS under $3
VZ Type: OpenVZ or KVM
Number of Cores: Only need 1, and it doesn't have to be anything crazy. Any E5 is sufficient.
RAM: 2GB, although I can do 1.5 or even 1 if price does not allow
Disk Space: 150GB, although 100GB is fine if 150 is unrealistic
Disk Type: SSD
Bandwidth: 3TB should be fine, with the possibility to upgrade if needed
Port Speed: 100mbps
DDoS Protection: Yes
Number of IPs: 1 IPv4 (IPv6 not needed at all)
Location: US
Budget: $3 monthly
Can also go yearly if it is a trusted provider with great uptime
This might be unrealistic, so if there are any offers that are close (in specs or price), let me know. I'm open to compromising.

I think with that price money it's really hard to get SSD drive. Anyways this are few vps providers which provide services @2$ https://lowendbox.com/blog/2-usd-vps-cheap-vps-under-2-month/
most of them are in US.
also there is offer on time4vps but prices are in euros https://www.time4vps.com/container-vps/#monthly. location is EU though.
Check Oracle free tier
A bit higher, but:
KVM
1 Core
2 GB RAM
120 GB disk raid-5 (SSD boost)
250mbps unmetered
Oregon or Virginia
4.99

I'm open to HDD offers, but I'm trying to see if there are any cheap SSD offers. For HDD, it is easier to find, such as letbox.
Well, a bit of a longshot, but there's this >> https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/171105/starting-at-3-50-kvm-virtualizor-nvme-24-7-support
$3,50, 80GB NVME, 4gb RAM and 4vCPUs.
I have two of those and one of the $7, running greatly.
I have one already
