How to know that you are fit?

Stand straight and try to see the zip of your pants.
If you can see the zip then you are fit

If you can't and only see a big drum then start yoga today.. :wink:

    If a junkie can see his zipper while standing up straight, does that mean he or she is fit? :D

    Yoga pants a western concept which have nothing to do with yoga..

    It's just a way to make more money from innocent peoples.

    Yoga is a thousands years old practice.

    Which is great - stretching and calisthenics/isometrics are good for you. But thinking it's more than that...eh...

    Stretching and Yoga are two different things.

    The only similarity they have is they both are beneficial for health.
