@Francisco
Could've just messaged me.
Already working on it

Usually there will be update in their discord. This happened a few days earlier as well
@Francisco It's throwing a 405 error now.... Probably all of those people hitting F5 waiting for Miami stock...
I don't know what you're talking about.
He only added 10 nodes.
We only added 0 nodes, nothings gone live
We legitimately don't know if Miami will sell well, or even at all. It's the first new location for us in... 6 years? So i'm very much rusty.
Anyway, we've had some floods on billing so I've been making changes to our webserver to help with it.
Francisco
I know im getting one or two.
Pretty sure many others are also waiting on MIA
Also - don't forget that all of Central/South America is also going to benefit from it.
VOIOS is not bad.
Decision to start the new location not based on customer's interest/wish list?
A bit, but more so just voids we were seeing in the market.
Francisco
It will, gives you a really good spread overall.
I think it will sell out within the first week.
That's the goal It'll eat from NY sales some, but that location is pretty close to perma sold out these days.
I'll be pessimistic and push it out a month or two. Even then, I'll build more and fly down and install them quickly.
Thanks for the interest!
Francisco
involucration process starting?
To be fair Miami was disgustingly hot and humid :P
Francisco
Does this mean that it costs more to host servers in Miami due to increased HVAC burden compared to other places or that's not a factor?
It'd make sense It's 2nd only to Luxembourg in rack costs for us.
Francisco
Deploy in Nunavut, Canada.
You don't need much cooling there.
I'll pay double my usual budget for that location.
Hahaha
Aren't they basically just satlink up there with maybe some DSL?
Francisco
How many push ups is that?
Not unlimited at this location, bandwidth caps in MB's.
I've been to Nunavut, you don't want to host there.
