    We did update everyday via status’s page as well as discord immediately responded any questions and for the record we don’t got 100s of tickets as you believed just 8s

    Nope you didn't, else I wont submit a ticket almost every day of delay.
    You only updated the status page on 23rd that you were just waiting for the prefixes.
    On each of my ticket I was asking you to update the status page.

    I was working on 1TB data that time. Anyway, its finished, we are just hoping that next time please send a newsletter and update the status page for the current status of delays or whatever. Because 5 days of downtime is bad. But understandable on some circumstances. All we asked is for you to update the status page accordingly next time.

    Like @bdl says its just 2 minutes to update the status page. A sentence will suffice.

    Of course, for those who are thinking what services we have on letbox we have 8 vms with each 8gb ram and 4 cores and a total of 40TB storage. They are all site data and not porn.

    We are all good for now.

    I didn't get any free credit either I don't think, but I think that's because I'm on an annual payment cycle :smiley:

    Credit has to be set manually. Please open ticket for claim services credit. It doesn’t matter monthly/ Yearly.

    We was planning to got EU locations as possible however due many factors ex Hard drives prices etc we got some delay however we will got it as soon as possible.

    Check the post date, you already missed it. There was a promotion for the 3TB disk addon for $5.

  • My Review, Good Speed and Good Quality VPS, NVMe Storage are really fast 1,25GB/Sec really fast.
