No, from my experience I got much more better and flexible support in comparison to "big-tech" It-companies. so I prefer to work with resellers that host In Voxillity, rather go to Voxillity Directly.
They will have to get support via Voxility anyway for remotehands and similar, which delegates it to the DC.
There is zero reason (aside of taxes) to go with a reseller, especially as Voxility does not really offer any discounted prices either.
What you look for is someone using Voxility as upstream (god knows why you would want that, it is basically pure Telia).
Lastly, Voxility is nowhere near a "big-tech" company. Nowhere near. Not even in the hosting market.
