    Right now there are five threads from banned users on the front page.
    Someday, the front page would look like this:

    As @rcxb and @seriesn already said it implicitly: a lot of banned users because of badly designed ads encouraging purely quantity based spammy postings.

    Not sure what ads you're referring to.

    There's only a few quantity thresholds:

    • 15 in order to get a provider tag, but the rest of getting the tag is harder
    • 25 to post a domain auction
    • 50 to qualify for MicroLXC's free container (but that's not a LET rules thing)

    Most bans are due to gross breaking of rules, ban evasions, or obvious spamming (signs up at 1pm, posts viagra ads at 1:01pm kind of things). We warn more than we ban.

    That account won't be used anymore. Whenever I feel like coming back to this forum I will switch to RackNerd supporter mode, and everyone will enjoy it - no matter they want it or not.
