In one hand I have gotten many false takedown requests. I am looking for provider resilient to this. There is no warez, spam, pharmacy, pirate. There is absolutely no malware or CSAM. I hate these and will report the user and have moderation take down in minutes from report.
However, there is shitty speech (racist), video/image of furry, beast, anime, drawing/hentai, fanfiction, my little pony, adult content, etc. We receive many DMCA attempts and other obscene content takedown requests which are not valid. We also receive many fake abuse reports from people that hate such things.
Looking to pay with WMZ or crypto of your choice (BTC, BCH, ETH, do not have preference other than low fee). Good speed EU + US currently 300 Mbps avg 24/7. Budget 150EUR/m E3 - 32GB - 2x1TB SSD.

Not realistic for 300Mbit and an E3, especially with the amount of abuse to be expected.
I can do this for 300EUR, in Serbia. Porn legal except CP obviously. I'll set the abuse mail in the IPs to a non existing one.
