Budget VPS Providers in Indiana, Ohio or Pennsylvania?

Hello everyone, I have always been on the hunt for a good provider within these 3 states.
The main cities I am interested in are Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. I'm not expecting to find all of these locations, just one of the listed. I am only interested in offers physically located within these 3 states, I am not interested in any nearby locations.
There are providers, but other then AWS Lightsail, I don't know of a single budget friendly provider in this area. I have no specific requirements in mind due to the limited market in this area, just looking to see what is available first.
