Hey bud,
If you are looking for a true HA, don’t single home yourself to one provider .
Remember even google and Amazon had multiple outages.
Then be redundant with multiple VPS's from multiple hosts.

@Clouvider also has quality HA VPS's
True HA hosting is to expensive for lowender. The best HA is to have DR (disaster recovery) plan. If your lowend provider goes belly up, just restore everything anywhere else. Be like hydra, one head chopped off -> second head grows back.
DR plan > HA hosting. Don't overcomplicate.
A crucial website ought to have a primary server on NVMe, a secondary standby on SSD, a third replica on spinning rust, a fourth backup on VHS tape, a system to automatically perform failover, a cat to look over this system, a robot to feed the cat, and an engineer to repair the robot.
