Thinking about running a VPN on gullo NAT VPS

skorupionskorupion Member, Host Rep

I'm talking about the 12 USD per year one.
Would it be possible for every location, and do you think it would be worth it.
Is it even possible as it has only 128 MB for RAM

  • Using the openvpn auto installer should work great for you on 128 MB of RAM, at least it has for me.

  • You can run it without problems. I would recommend Wireguard instead of OpenVPN for an even smaller resource footprint.

  • Works very well even on 128MB using openvpn. I have a few of the NAT ones for variety. You may need more than one because of bandwidth limits.

Mrvm offers more value for money. About 7 usd per year for 500gb bandwidth, 256MB memory.

I have a 256 MB NAT VPS from @Cam and it's very fast, all my Telegram bots are there. Value for money is kind of unbeatable.

Depends on whether you need six VPNs. Keep in mind that you can get one for $3.5.
I think it's worth supporting True low-end™ - Gullo is one of a very few such providers these days.

Note that OP considers buying six NAT VPSes worldwide for $12.

    256 MB / 500 GB is $6.5/year: https://hosting.gullo.me/pricing
