"Offshore" is relative. Lots of shores worldwide. Makes sense when serving a specific region for which there's a defined shore to be outside of. It's kind of stupid in this context as a global serving business.

They do. That's the thing. People get used to seeing constantly DMCA ignored, that they assume automatically that offshore hosting is DMCA ignored.

OP, you can hand reg a domain for $10, get free reseller from liquidnet with free site template, add your commission to their shared plan (for example: they sell for $3/mo, you can add $4/mo and sell for $7) and keep up the profits! It will save your $600. You can rather use it on adwords or some fb/twitter promotion!
