This is a about how to grab a flash sale of last year. What is the inevitable connection between this and today's purchase? Today he is obviously framing me, and I can't accept the dirty water on me.
I'm mostly annoyed by the mixed tense "is preparing", "will be added" vs "we added". So what got added to a screenshot is pretty useless and confusing.

Drives are in the final pass of badblocks, the 0x00 pass. If I let it finish it’ll be another day or so. I’m pretty confident we could roll out in the morning and be perfectly fine though.
As of now the drives have been written to, and read from, end to end 3 times. Each pass takes over a day to complete.

What is different about these new slabs as compared to the existing slabs in LU? Or is this just more storage added on?

Really it's just additional stock coming online. We only sent 140TB or so last time as a taste test.
