Best way to make a server backup to one drive (via terminal) What are some commands that I could use? Is there an ability to run cron jobs so it's automatic?

This. I backup my mysql databases to Onedrive every night thanks to rclone.
Borg + rclone to OneDrive works well for large numbers of files (Maildir).
rclone, the best choice
OneDrive for Business = 25TB = brilliant backup target. Beware: speeds may vary.
Does anyone encrypt their backups first?

we do encrypt our backups
Yes. I use the Borg option for that before the fragments are sent to OneDrive.
Absolutely.
duplicati. Run over docker or directly, compact and encrypt. Over and over of services include gdrive onedrive hubic etc
check the following article which will help you to install and configure everything: https://itsfoss.com/use-onedrive-linux-rclone/
