Laravel 9 as well for the next LTS, which in turn allows Horizon to be upgraded (deserialization quirks in 3). 8 adds dynamic components that declutters theming tremendously. There’s quite a bit to gut in the UI that’s best to address concurrently.

Work won’t commence until September when 9 releases. BS5 is still in beta so it should hit release status by then.
