It's haproxy, can be setup from the control panel.

I remember someone on Singapore node was able to unblock Netflix over IPv6, you'd need to use a proxy with IPv6 Output

Hi,

I cannot. the receiver needs to have an already active service with us.

This is to prevent re-selling of services.

You can just provide your colleague VPS root password & he can use them.
