I opened a ticket in November 2020 (#272035) due to slow speeds (20 mbps) going down to even slower speeds (around 2 mbps).

After about two months of providing speedtests and some checks on their end, I was told to do another test in the beginning of January. Speeds were somehow worse when using FTP (250 kbps), but still showing 10-20 mbps on iperf.

It's been almost two full months since the last response and I'd like to see if there's anyway I could get some help. Should I open another ticket?

Fast.com speedtest / iperf december 2020

yabs december 2020 (1 Gbps) / iperf january 2021 (20 mbps)

yabs today (not even 100 mbps) / iperf today (still 20 mbps)

    Absolutely! Better spend those 24 weeks waiting for a response in a proper way ;-)

    You missed his point (you pushed in the ticket and now you're intentionally being ignored). After all this time, you're either on a physically bad node that they haven't taken action on or the network just outright sucks. Find another provider.

    Talk something new, this is custom at hostsolution.

  • Next time include photo of a sister in attachment with ticket it results in almost instantaneous response aka (ban) 😜
