Looking for an affordable server (VPS or dedi) with a vGPU

Besides servarica (which is out of stock) anyone knows such a service?
I need to use it for a machine learning web app. GPU doesn't have to be strong at all, but I think older CPUs with iGPU won't cut it.

Budget: 20-30$ p/m. Yes, its very low. The app would probably scale and I would have to buy a stronger GPU, but for now, a low-end one will do the trick. I dont really need 100% of the GPU.
