can i use for personal vpn and storage and do you have a test ip?
cpu benchmark is 1650, can i make that work, sorry i am a little green.
vpn: for personal use that is fine, as long as nothing done with it violates the aup (like file-sharing of copyrighted material of third parties).
storage: you can store whatever content you want, as long as it is legal ( so not violating any austrian/europeian/... laws and does not violate the tos/aup)
