Hello @pspatial at this time, our design doesn't allow this - though it is something we can consider if there is a demand for it
This is possible, though our current NVMe design doesn't have an optional HDD storage array (we can in the near future do it, depending on the demand). We are open and flexible.

Hi @Sebster27 -- we did experience a brief outage on one particular shared/reseller hosting server, our monitoring team detected it, and established connectivity. Our status page was updated for transparency earlier today as well. Apologies for the delay in replying here on LET.
Jesus dude, is it really necessary to announce an outage like that? It was less than 20 mins by the look of it.. best to have some patience and understanding. That sort of shit can get you flamed to hell on this forum, there are plenty of people grilled for announcing <1hr downtimes lol
No provider would be happy about announcing that shit, let alone your favourite one.. just some food for thought

since it is hosted on colocrossing... are IPs clean? is the network stable? and in your $21.49/y 1gb ryzen vps... the 15gb nvme is raid 10? also which nvme model is the host running?
also do you offer the option to install the OS myself? something like vnc to perform a centos 7 minimal installation myself
