I still remember using the Switcher promotion and stopped being troubled by bad hosts where my VPS uptime was like me winning Blackjack in a casino. Since then, I became a happy VPS user and need not worry about uptime anymore. Yes, my usage is light (or close to idling) but I do care much about stability and consistency.
TLDR: Not the cheapest provider, but things will be very smooth unless you constantly have a very high CPU usage or engage in any activities that are against the ToS.
