Looking for a low cost vps with IPv4 yearly

Just looking for the cheapest vps with one IPv4. Don’t need mega specs.

I have a very cheap (€3.50py) NAT IP4 box from Inception Hosting but it’s been offline and when I went to fire it back up it just seems a bit more hassle than it’s worth to get it all up and running again with NAT.

I’ve tried searching but not getting many hits.
