well atlist once in a month the LCX containers get restarted for no reason....
well my Singapore OVZ and NAT also down for 24 hours now, ticket not replied

Same here, they said they were adding a temporary fix yesterday and still working on it so I guess that's still a thing.

KVM VPS are up
My KVM server in Singapore is back online after nearly 12 hours of downtime although yesterday there was another 8 hours or so downtime as well. Hopefully this issue has now been fixed and we will be updated with what's going on.

Will post the details, of the issues we had this weekend at Singapore location, for reference.
KVM - had a network issue, the VPS were online but did not respond to network. This was a routing issue & impacted specific IP subnets only. Other services were fully functional.
It was later fixed Sunday night, 2AM IST
Relevant service extensions were credited as per each case. Should there be any issues please create a ticket so I can have a look.
For OVZ & NAT VPS - one HDD node had high IO wait, attempts to reduce it didn't work, we rebooted the node, following which a raid error takes place. This affects about 50% users, other vps r functional.
After 24 hrs, it's declared by the technician (at bobcares) this can't be recovered.
So we recreated the services on a fresh node, restoring ovz vps backups.
nat vps were also recreated on this new machine. At this point, issue is fixed. Relevant service extensions were done as per each case.
If your VPS is still not online, please try reinstalling the OS.
