Need cheap Windows Server or VPS in EU with 4TB Disk.

Hi,
I need to find a good deal on a dedicated server or VPS with Windows server 2016/2019 and at least 4TB disk space. 8TB will be ideal. The disk can be normal HDD. No need for SSD.
Server will be used just as a backup server for 3 servers we have so usage will be very low, since it only do night daily backups.
Already looked at Hetzner actions for a dedicated server, but on Hetzner the Windows Server license costs around €21/month.
Also checked Buyvm @Francisco , since their Windows license is free, but they seem to be out of stock in Europe datacenter.
Does anyone knows a good option? Or some provider can post an offer?
Thanks

Go hetzner, get a ebay license
Thanks for the advice. It's an option. Do you know a trusted seller on Ebay? Of course I know I can search my self. Just asking. Thanks
Thanks for the interest!
Things sold very quickly in lux for sure. I’m working on getting another crane load of servers over there in the coming weeks. A truly clutch move if I say so myself.

What's your budget? What other requirements (if any) on RAM, etc? Or just minimal?
You could but those are not legal.
hetzner server setup windows free
license trial
Are you locked to Windows by wanting to use an existing backup platform that is only available there, or because you are not familiar enough with Linux to feel safe using it in production?
