Market Research, Offshore VPS locations

in General
We have a node in Dallas and have been actively working on adding other locations. This time we're looking to add an offshore location.
So we'd like to ask the community, If you were to buy an offshore VPS what locations would you want it to be in? Also would it be Openvz or KVM?
We would also welcome any providers to PM their current offerings if any.

fixed that for you
Russia, Ukraine, somewhere like that. I'm quite happy with OVZ personally.
Thanks but we're not going to offer XEN.
Thanks, how does Czech Republic sound?
Czech pff what about SouthAfrika/Asia
If you are considering FDCServers in Czech, I do not suggest it to be used as an "offshore" location. They are more strict than the USA. :P
It doesn't sound like Russia or the Ukraine.
oh shit!.
Not using FDCServers probably would be in Zlin with ceuservers but still waiting for some offers.
@ultimatehostings CEUServers is the same as FDCServers, just like Europe company
You may have a problem with clients who require properly .cz recognized IPs. Last time I checked CEUservers / FDC in Zlin use ARIN IPs.
North pole.
I see, can be a problem then, what would you recommend us asking them regarding this?
If someone can suggest some decent providers would be good.
If you wish to offer decent DDoS filtering, you may try some voxility in Romania.
However you must know that IP prices in EU are high and Voxility charges a lot for them (1 EUR+), they have also that dumb policy of only allowing one IPv6 per IPv4 like they have a /112 for the whole dc or something
Thanks, will check them.
