NETIM and 2021

How any company can down their support as well as operations for 24 hours...

Renewals & API operations down, On website they mention, they will be not available for 1st Jan 2021 and Will be back at 2nd Jan 8:00 am CEST..

They was the best for trustee service but No operations for 24 hours, SUCKS......

    Their support is again off now, And they are not able to renew a single domain.

    Just small comment from their side, ISSUE FROM .AERO REGISTRY NOT FROM THEM, .AERO REGISTRY IS TAKING TIME TO RENEW THE DOMAIN :#

    They already confirmed the issue is with the registry. What do you want them to do?

    Is their any notification from .AERO REGISTRY about this? If yes then they should share that.
    First their support is active for 8am to 6pm only + they reply only 1 line in this serious case.

    .AERO Domain is used for airline purposes, Customer effected by this and too worried as his business is effecting, He deals with worldwide airlines + government task.
    Also this will effect OBHost reputation as well in Government and Airline Industry of customer country.

    Since they already mentioned that the problem is with the registry and you obviously do not believe them, the only sane option left is to transfer out. Complaining here won't get you anywhere.

    Whats the way to transfer it after expiration?
    Domain can't be transfer and nothing else.

    They tied us totally, and customer don't want to understand this condition..
    Cux only wants his emails back.
