Reputable managed service providers?
I know this is lowendtalk, but some of you run higher-end stuff too.
I have a rackspace cloud server and I want to get in a sysadmin, either on an hourly basis, or on a monthly retainer. I've come across some lowend server management providers before (although I've forgotten who they are), but I'm more interested in finding a reputable established company with experts that I can trust with root access. Can anyone recommend a provider?
