WEB HOSTING - Require to host atleast 10 websites (Reseller or Shared)
Can you advise which package according to my need
1) Need to host atleast 10 domain (Advise if reseller or shared)
2) Directadmin is fine with me, dont require cpanel (just need good annual price)
3) Payment if I can send via skrill .
4) Uptime is most important for me, advise how is your record in uptime.

I am not a provider here at the moment but here is my personal recommendation.
10 sites is a lot so you first need to see how much CPU and RAM your sites take. If they take minimal amount of resources then shared hosting will be fine for you.
If the sites are not new and have some low amount of traffic then you can go for reseller hosting.
If the amount of traffic is medium to high then a VPS is recommended.

I agree, if you're looking at 10ish medium traffic sites, then a VPS is likely the best course of action.
Most providers, including ours are going to impose I/O limits on CloudLinux so that may hinder performance in a shared hosting environment. But we'd be able to adjust those if required.
What type of content will be hosted on the sites, wordpress, static html, php?

Why you do limit yourself to skrill payment system?
Would be nice if you mention the website size/names too, can have a look at our plans.
