Hello so i have a hetzner vps server for experimental only
My question is if i use load balancer do i need to put 2 A record for the server to Cloudflare DNS ?
My setup is i have 2vps server for website and 1vps for Database 1vps for Elasticsearch

No, you need to put CNAME record of your load balancer. LB will distribute traffic across your servers.
