    People need to stop asking for IPv4, and just use IPv6 everywhere.
    ARIN should forcibly revoke IPv4 allocations if an organization doesn't implement IPv6 <= targeted at ColoCrossing, of course.

    All the tier 1 ISPs have some form of IPv6 in their network, so they are allowed to keep having IPv4. Revoking IPv4 allocations from other networks would not break the Internet.
