I'm looking for the following for ~$40-50/mo on a monthly contract term:
Location: California or Oregon
CPU: E3-1230+ v2+
RAM: 32GB
Storage: 200+ GB, either SSD or HDD
BW: 1TB+ @ 1+ Gbps
