I need some instant setup Dedicated Server

Anyone can provide some ? or have recommendation ? tried hetzner auction, it's not instant. It took almost a day.

Need it about a week or so.

Very weird! Hetzner auction servers are instant!

Actually, they do specify on the order form, it ranging between 120s to 72h depending on your setup.
