    Do you have 24/7 support?
    The VPS constain DDOS protection?
    When I order NVME-2G can I upgrade to NVME-4G plan for €5/mo?
    When I order a plan with montly paying and the next most change billing cycle to annualy i got 12% additional discount?

    highly recommend this provider. The offers are a bit expensive for a simple project but if you have something substantial - I recommend to get a VPS from them.

    rDNS / PTR available? On both IPv4 and IPv6?

    Also one extra IPv4 possible? For how much?

    You can set the IPv4/IPv6 reverse DNS entries through our control panel.
    Additinonal IPs are possible at 2,50 euro ex. VAT monthly (prepay discount applies on additional IPv4s too, but your VPS coupon not).

    • We don't have 24/7 support but 9:00 till 23:00 CEST.
    • We don't offer proactive DDOS management for customers, however we ofcourse deflect/block incoming DDOS attacks.
    • Upgrade's will stay possible with coupons
    • Discount question i cannot answer, can you send us a email on [email protected] so our team can check?

    Great, was considering the same question, or whether I could downgrade from the NVM-4G variant if it didn't match expectations. But will give you guys a try on the NVM-2G version and upgrade if all is OK after a month or so.

    These guys are good. I had a VPS with them before they did the plans upgrade which now beats Hetzner on pricing and resources (with the coupons ofc). Support is there when you need it.

    Yep you are 100% Right !

    I have Shared Hosting, VPS Unmanaged+Managed VPS and Dedicated server too, they advertise very less, simply mail their sales team with your required solution they won't disappoint . They are very reliable and affordable.

    @LiteServer is only the 2-GB nvme plan upgradable to the 4-GB nvme, or can they be upgraded to any sized nvme plan with a 50% discount? :)
