How did you add funds? Or do you have a PayPal account? Since I don't have a PayPal account, the only option was to add funds from AliPay (it said it was powered by Stripe, but went to AliPay for some reason), which took me to a page that was all Cantonese(?) with some icons and with no option to change the language...
I added it via paypal. still was not snappy enough
