    Mine says "pending". Just need to give it some time, they prob being hit with people signing up.

    This changes after 3-5 minutes, I was worried too.

    Now I can see it's paid for and new service is in "pending".

    BTW love their SMS notifocations. New ticket, ticket reply, invoice ... all via SMS text.

    Let's see what will be provided :)
