I will pay for setup a vps for use amazon ses with roundcube.

Just use mailcow with SES smtp? It is not roundcube tough

If you have money, why not hire someone else than wasting your time, you could do something more productive with that time.

If you have money, I could do better. Buy MXRoute. Pretty sure it comes cheaper than hiring someone + Renting VPS. Black Friday is around the corner.

This is not a bad shout. You can add roundcube onto mailcow quite easily. If you still someone let me know.
