HostHatch Review AT,CH,NL,SE
Hey guys! Long time no see. I'm a bit short on time, but I wanted to share this review, as it could potentially be a crazy hot blackfriday deal for you as well.
Anyway, after posting a request thread sometime ago, @Abdullah reached out to me and asked me if a wanted to grab a custom made bundle with following specs each in 4 locations (SE, NL, AT, CH).
NVMe:
1 CPU core (12.5% dedicated, burstable up to 100%)
512 MB RAM + 512MB SWAP
8 GB RAID-10 NVMe
1 IPv4
1000 GB bandwidth
$12/y/server if ordered as a bundle (== 48$ total/y)
Despite this crazy deal per server, for me the most interesting part was the premium location offered with those machine.
Short conclusion of my experience and benchmarks:
WOW, every vps of mine is connected to a 10G nic. I don't know if this is common and used for other vpses as well, but I am definitely happy. Additionally, I really am surprised by the cpu performance. Sure, those cores are burstable and only 12,5% dedicated, but that's fine for me. And even disk IO is really superb for such a low price. I am totally baffled by these machines! Not counting numbers, I personally feel that they run really snappy. Connecting to them feels a bit faster than to most of my other machines and everything on them runs really smooth. I can't say much about uptime and network stability, because I got no time to monitor those. EDIT: They have been up since my last reboot (45 days ago). Can't deny, but those are a real bang for the buck.
Some other information I want to share as well:
HostHatch offers a broad spectrum of different bootable isos. Some of them are a bit outdated (like debian 9 as the newest debian available). BUT, and that's the big pro: You can upload your own iso. I think even Windows is possible for beefier machines.
I also noticed that I could upgrade AT and CH to other (way more expensive) plans in the control panel. In return, I think that SE and NL are real custom made plans with (maybe) no intention of general availability, but I don't know that for sure. Let's see this BF!
Anyway, @Abdullah also mentioned a near future expansion to me. I don't know the current state, but HostHatch plans to expand their current locations, especially in europe and asia, drastically in the upcoming months. Hopefully these are meant for LET as well, maybe @Abdullah could clarify this.
See below, I want to show you some benchmarks as well:
See the next posts below. I went over the character limit...

I just renewed 3 of my 2018 BF deals and I can 100% agree with OP. Very high quality for a hilariously low price.
Mine had an uptime of around an year before I had to restart them last month (upgrades are somewhat important lol).
I got Sweden, Austria and Switzerland. Looking forward to their BF deals this year.
The storage VPS I have on 2018BF has the lowest price and best performance among all the storage VPS I have/had
I agree, Hosthatch was my first ever VPS (and I'm still a happy customer). Being young and stupid, I thought all LET/VPS hosts were the same quality.. but found out since that's not the case
yes.. i copy that. awesome quality. uptime 298 days at the moment.
Was this the 3TB/84$/y? I got one of those in UK and they are epic! iirc you can even upgrade them by opening a ticket: Adds 1/3 core, 1GB RAM and 1TB for 2,5 per month
HostHatch deserves good reviews. They do a good job.
A properly written and formatted post, that too about a quality provider? A true miracle, I have seen.
Except for a few issues with the UK location my hosthatch servers have been nothing but great over the past year. I'm sure @Abdullah is preparing some spicy deals for BF 2020 and I intend to try their US locations too.
My Hosthatch VPS is the fastest VPS I have ever owned. (based on subjective impression working on it with LAMP stack).
Why there are so few likes? The man did a great job! Thanks for the review man!
Sweden
Good stuff man!
I picked up a UK server at a BF deal last year, and it's very nice, there have been a few issues with ipv6 at the UK location, but as far as I know they were caused by HostHatchs Peering Partner. I can definitely recommend them.
Been using since 2018. I have 36 KVM NVMe VPS from this provider (all are non-promo). Support is not that great but has improved compared to before. But still support is not that great. But so far its all good for now. Only problem this month is being out of stock.
You think they’ll have an offer this time? I’d like to replace my kimsufi.
Yep, these are really nice little VPSs from my experience as well.
Is this offer from Hosthatch or webhorizon? Abdullah from Hosthatch or Abdullah from webhorizon ?
they refer @Abdullah from HostHatch.
Still have a 250GB Storage NL from 2018 BF Deals love it great server
Not sure if I am right - my understanding is :
@Abdullah = HostHatch
@Abdullah7310 = Web Horizon
That is correct, @swat4.
I have one VPS from HostHatch and it is quite good without any down time. I like their control panel to directly upload iso to attach to VPS.
