Hosting a game server, need something with a single core bench of 2500+ so probably a ryzen.
16gb of ram
80gb ssd
1TB bandwidth a month max
prefer 1gb/s connection up and down
Installing my own windows, so prefer IPMI
HOST MUST BE IN UNITED STATES!

Don't really wana' spend more than 50$ monthly, Ill be a long term customer. Moving from a host that cant maintain power to my box.

    Here you go! https://www.hetzner.com/dedicated-rootserver/matrix-ax

You can get 3 hours KVM console for free. Wait till Hetzner's Black Friday deals come online to see if they will have a no setup fee coupon.

If you are OK with a VPS, @seriesn has some amazing ones. Super performant Ryzens. Doesn't quite meet your RAM reqs, but you should consider him nonetheless: https://my.nexusbytes.com/cart.php?gid=23

  • unfortunately I cannot use a VPS. Rust game servers perform poorly under those conditions.

Still looking if anyone else has some other offers!

  • Hetzner is not in the US yet :)

  • Can anyone beat this deal.

It has a single core bench 2700+

Nocix has some i7's and Ryzens in the US for cheaper: https://www.nocix.net/dedicated/

Some of the custom servers can switch to SSD for no cost.

  • Check out Nocix and WebNX/GorillaServers.

  • gorilla servers had excellent plans

but you can consider this too https://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1829815

I'd be jumping on this but they don't have anything saying IPMI for it.

They do have IPMI. I’ve got one of their Ryzen servers.

No need. Check this page out. https://www.gorillaservers.com/networks.html

Their Ryzen deals are located in Utah.

Yes...That's also the first time I've been working with this kind of providers..You need to contact their sales first. You'd better drop them an Email. Don't wait for the sales come online with online chat...purely rare.....

    You email them I believe....

  • And, to be added: Their sales might answer the Email slowly. In my case, I've waited for nearly 2 days. However, once you get in, their tech support answer the tickets blazing fast.

  • Answering sales tickets in 2 days sounds like a good way how to lose business

In their WHT threads, WebNX/GorillaServers says that you should contact them for the deals.

Seems like a really shotty way of doing business? WHM doesnt cost that much...

Im still on board with picking them up but honestly would prefer a business that has a panel which can sell servers ><

  • @dustinc . Business?
@Morpheusxeno you can take their ryzen range for a spin. I gave away my free ryzen to some dude... Benches show theyre a blast...

It's only for their deals, I believe. The normal offers on their website might be panel based stuff.

Actually, after you've accepted by them, you will have your control panel with all detailed infos, and infos of IPMI. After all, I still haven't seen Ryzen servers cheaper than their deals. It just worth waiting. :P

I honestly wana get the show on the road so if some one can message these dudes I am like

  • Messaged the Gorilla Server company nearly 12 hours ago, still no response >.<

I'd offer to lease you half of my Ryzen dedi from Gorilla Servers but you said gameserver and it doesn't have ddos protection, that's a disaster waiting to happen.

Yeah not sure I would like to do that, We have alot of private custom work that needs not be shared.

Gorilla cant answer a "sales" email after nearly 24 hours.

Yeah, like I said, I got my sales reply from them 2 days later, when I thought I'd never be replied. However, after I got in, the responses of any kind of support tickets are usually within 10 minutes.

I agree I should have thought about that. I know there has got to be some better deals than OVH out there. Is there anyone that can offer anything better? With DDoS protection
