Same notification emails coming again and again from server

Hello

When I change the site email from settings, the same notification emails coming again and again to the new email address, but when I rollback this issue dont happen, what technical detail would cause this issue?

    What the WSS is even the subject?

    Edit: saving the post in case she wants to delete it.
