this is not server issue.
All my servers on same network down.
they also not response my ticket almost one hour.
they didnot reply ticket more than 30 minutes if there is issue.
So i am sure there is network issue.

You're right this isn't their helpdesk. Their helpdesk is inaccessible.
Looks like several other dedi customers are reporting issue on their facebook page.

Yes same here, over an hour now.
FYI, this is the second downtime this month. First was scheduled but i got no email for this.
