Anyone have servers at dacentec experiencing any issues?

It looks like I lost outbound network access from my server.

My server is working just fine... so maybe there is an issue with just your server?

Have you tried to open a ticket with them, they are usually pretty good at getting back to their customers in a timely fashion.

You're right this isn't their helpdesk. Their helpdesk is inaccessible.

Looks like several other dedi customers are reporting issue on their facebook page.

this is not server issue.
All my servers on same network down.
they also not response my ticket almost one hour.
they didnot reply ticket more than 30 minutes if there is issue.
So i am sure there is network issue.

Yes same here, over an hour now.

FYI, this is the second downtime this month. First was scheduled but i got no email for this.
