What do you exactly mean by 'confidential' ? Is there something special about your privacy policy or do you offer some special protection against gag orders unlike other providers (when police asks you to provide customer data without a valid court order and forbids you from norigying the customer) ?
I am asking that because any decent datacenter is considered 'confidential' and any customers data by default should be, so in case you use that word you should probably have very special reasons for that and I am very curious about them.
