You need to do ARIN pre-approval first

    https://www.arin.net/resources/registry/transfers/preapproval/

After you got approved by ARIN, then you can buy IPs on the market and transfer to your account.

Do we need a registered business in North America to become approved?

Yes, you need to have a valid business in ARIN region, they will ask you the several questions like if you have physical presence in the ARIN region, proof that you are paying payroll taxes, etc.

Do you know any agency that can do that?

What's the price for APNIC IP ? Any clue ?

22-24 USD/IP. Although you could still get an APNIC account and request a /23 in v4.

We already have few blocks from APNIC, but had an offer so just wanted to know

    thanks

Can you get APNIC to work in the US?

Yup you can get IP from APNIC and announce them in US, but you need to from Asia Pacific Region to apply for IP at APNIC, we are based in Singapore so we were able to get IP from APNIC and using them in US

I don't think you do tbh. I have seen out of region companies still get an APNIC account.

We are from Asia Pacific Region so we do have APNIC account and have a few blocks from APNIC v4 as well as v6, and we are already using them in 3 locations in US.

Though not sure if companies from other regions can get IP from APNIC unless they have some kind of presence in the region as APNIC asks for tons of verification documents before allocating resources

How much do you get these IPs for?
Do you know any reputable agent, Can do that for non-APNIC businesses?

We got it directly from APNIC

I've two registered businesses so got IP for both companies.

Paying about AUD $1994 per year for each account.

Sorry no clue about any agency who could help with it

Moreover right now APNIC is giving max /23 per account, we got it earlier so got more IP but right now I doubt if it's worth going through all the mess for a /23 and again it has a locking period of 5 years where you cannot sell or transfer resources to anybody else for next 5 years so unless somebody has spare resources that they want to sell out and got it few years ago it won't work out, won't be possible even through any agent for the same reasons
