CN2 vps with good value ?
Hello everyone,
I live in Shanghai atm and somehow i got 2 ISP, one is China Mobile (300mbps) and the other is China Telecom (200mbps). As 99% of my traffic is going through a VPN, i need a good and stable connexion.
I was used VPN.AC until which is a GREAT vpn provider, but i wanna try some other custom solution, maybe using v2Ray or Trojan-Go with openvpn (using the v2ray socks5 proxy). I'm not exactly sure yet but at least i'd like to have something stable.
I already planned to switch back to CT as i'm actually using CM because even tho 300 > 200, it seems like CN2 is a game changer so it seems worth for the stability.
I'm kinda hesitating between HK and the US for the line tho.
Anyway, here's the requirements:
Minimum hardware
400 bandwith
30mpbs at least
Price: under 10$ a month
For the location, HK would be the best but i'm also interesting in good and stable vps in ASIA / EU / US. So far i found Hostdare which seems to have a good value. Bandwagon seems good too but when i tested the ips, hostdare showed better. Layhost also seems to have some interesting vps. Gigsgigscloud don't have any LA CN2 at 8.8$ left 
For HK, i found Cubecloud that looks pretty good but it's owned by a chinese company sooooo
Anyway, any good advice for good value and stable CN2 vps ?

If you are a foreigner start a company doing business in china.
You can apply for the dedicated line service through legal procedures.
No need vpn
We do not have CN2, but we do have CT163

For china moblie , I advice you buy amazon lightsail tokyo , you can set the v2ray trojan and wireguard in vps ,I am also in Shanghai ,I think lightsail tokyo is good for China Moblie ,for China telecom , tokyo also is good choose，But at night, the speed of vps is not very fast，you can test the vps，In the first month is free.
Mind sharing some trace routes?
As you did not want to choose Chinese CN2 GIA provider, what you can choose is just limited. I would suggest you just choose hostdare, although it is manuallly turned off, as the past records suggested, at the sensitive time.
Or you can choose to find a large bandwidth NAT trasit located in China in order to get a better global network while cutting off the high expense of the GIA.
Just remember, big brother is watching you all the time no matter what you are cloaking.
