Proxmox VM not starting itself after reboot!

I have been running Proxmox and facing some issue.
After creating VM, suddenly I found out that the VM is not rebooting. I tried to stop/shutdown VM but it was not working.
Once I delete the conf-lock101.conf file from the proxmox console only then I can stop and start the VM.
Anyone faced the issue? any solution?

What OS?
CentOS 7 Minimal
Are you showing any errors on the box that proxmox is loaded on?
Anything on the system log?
If your conf file is being locked then it is trying to start and failing at some point. There will be a log of it; find it and fix the problem ...
I find installing qemu-guest-agent reduces the chances of this problem; otherwise I see the same reboot/stop/shutdown issue now & again.
