I remember the speeds were a lot more better when I bought them, but now are significantly lower.

Ordered the LE VPS 3 in UK back in october. I didn't have time to check it until october 31st. I wasn't able to connect to my VPS, so I triggered a reinstallation via Virtualizor. After it was finished I still wasn't able to connect to it. So I created a ticket (#611187) asking for help. I did not receive an answer until now. I created another ticket (#973611) last week. No answer yet either. I also tried to mail [email protected] but the mail could not be delivered: 550 No Such User Here

As of today I'm still not able to use my VPS and did not receive any answer from their support team.

With this experience I cannot recommend this hoster at all.

It's been more than 48h+ after order and payment but service LE VPS 2 still hasn't been delivered. As per ToS:

We also allow refunds if we do not meet the following setup times, 12 Hours for VPS and shared hosting (Though is normally created automatically on payment), 7 working days for Dedicated Servers (Even known most are delivered within 24 hours}. This time period does not include provisioning of IPs or licenses.

I opened a ticket asking for refund, waiting for answer. I also tried to get in touch with them through the chat yesterday but no one answered.

It's run by a single person, not a team which explains the lack of support.

If at all you have to purchase from this host, would recommend to stay away from their UK location. That has the most downtime and even the status page doesn't work most of the time.

18/11/2020 - OwnWeb delivers service and closes ticket
19/11/2020 - I reopen the ticket asking again for refund
20/11/2020 - OwnWeb agrees to refund 'within the next 24 hours'
25/11/2020 - No refund, I ask for an update in the ticket
06/12/2020 - Today, still nothing
