Transfer out Hosthatch 8GB/8TB

I'm planning to cancel my super storage VPS with HostHatch with 8GB Ram and 8TB space. I pay $19.50 monthly and I have now setup my personal lab at home. So I do not use anymore and thought if someone wanted to take over this storage VPS located in NL. Not sure if transfer is allowed but if it is, ready to initiate or I will go ahead and cancel it.
