Bulletproof hosting provider in NL(probably Ecatel) was busted for tax evasion

Under a certain amount of turn over to a specific country you can charge your own VAT percentage. Prevents having to declare your revenue in each country you do business in.

The Amount is 10k/yr and its EU-Wide.
10k/yr is not much, so. I doubt it applies to them. As said.
It neither applies to us.
However.

Also we have a Client which has some Dedicated Servers with us in Lelystad and about 60/70 Servers in Novogara. He hasn't received a answer for 5days from them now. He's a bit worried..
Especially that about 10 Servers are offline now and we can neither reach IPMI/KVM.

Anyone else with them?

Ecatel was DDoS attacked before by the "Anonymous" kids for hosting pedo sites, so not surprising.
